Taxation
In order to implement the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 15, 2025 "On Amendments and Additions to the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Taxes and Other Mandatory Payments to the Budget" (Tax Code), dated July 18, 2025 "On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on taxation" by orders of the Prime MinisterThe Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 12, 2025, No. 127-r, and August 12, 2025, No. 128-r were instructed to develop a number of regulatory legal acts for government agencies.:
- Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Amendments to Decree No. 428 of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 5, 2020, "On Certain Issues of the Agency for Protection and Development of Competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan";

In accordance with the Order of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 13, 2025, No. 133-r, the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan will issue an order "On Approval of the Rules for Hiring and Termination of Employment Contracts with Employees of State Enterprises, Application of Incentives and Penalties."
Assistance to victims in emergency situations
According to the decree of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 13, 2025 No. 133-r, orders on assistance to victims of emergency situations will be adopted in September this year:

Social protection of persons with disabilities
In accordance with the Order of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 13, 2025, No. 133-r, an order of the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Approval of the Rules for Assessing the Needs of Persons with Disabilities According to the Classifier of Technical Auxiliary (Compensatory) Means, Special Means of Transportation, and Services Provided to Persons with Disabilities" will be adopted in September 2025.
Registration of immigrants
By Order of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 13, 2025, No. 133-r, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan was instructed to develop an order "On Approval of the Rules for Registering Immigrants."
Fulfilling government obligations for turnkey construction projects
Pursuant to the Decree of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 13, 2025 No. 133-r, orders of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan will be developed:

On September 1, 2025, the Resolution of the Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Regulation and Development of the Financial Market dated December 27, 2024, No. 94 "On Approval of the Requirements for the Risk Management and Internal Control System of a Banking Conglomerate" came into force.
